After you signup at Paypal they will notify us by way of e-mail that you have subscribed. Please allow 12-24 hours for us to process your account and e-mail you your User ID and password. If you have not received your User ID and password within 12-24 hours it means that your primary Paypal e-mail address is no longer correct or your ISP is blocking us.
